7.30pm at Larkfield Leisure Centre
A social club run, although can be utilised by any individual for tempo or fartlek training, typically between 5.5 & 6.5 miles depending on the route
Sept to April 7.00pm at Larkfield Leisure Centre. May to August 7.00pm at Ferryfield playing field, Aylesford. Last Thursday of every month 8.00pm at Medway Park, Gillingham (Track Session)
Speed training – a variety of interval training, repetition running or hill work aimed at improving speed endurance, leg strength, running efficiency & lactic acid tolerance.
Long training runs can be organised by members.
