Larkfield Athletic Club runs two groups for over 18′s
A progressive week-by-week programme designed to take you to 5K in 12 weeks.
This 6 week programme looks to take you from 5k to 10k.
The Beginners Group starts in January and July each year and the Intermediate Group follows the conclusion of each Beginners Group.
Each group is limited to 30 and we do ask that you join the Club to participate in the Intermediates Group. The Beginners Group is however free.
So, whether you just want to get fit, back into shape or have a personal goal these groups will help you meet like-minded people and set your own targets with the help of coaches who will look to support those aims and help you have a bit of fun achieving them.
